The Ladies are right my friend, Genetics is the controlling factor there, just remember, your body does not stop, that is your growth plates, until your early-mid 20's. after that...if your seriously looking to get some height, your looking at some painful, extensive, and expensive orthopedic procedures, that may also result in other problems later on in life, so love yourself as you are, or get elevator shoes...LOL

Hit puberty? Get gene therapy. I can't believe someone actually wants to be as tall as me. You can borrow a few inches from me. I dont' mind.

every morning do some excersises like yoga,etc come on...you must be having something really great in u which others generally don't have. god has made everybody equal and maintained his balance.

hang on a rod for 24hrs it wrks ul c da diff ...........lol..........its all in da genes u cant do much...except for having a nutritious diet n exercising daily. cycling n swimming may help.
