Depends upon the question. There are some that cannot be expressed succinctly or that require greater detail in order to be able to address the question in a manner than can be answered. I'm thinking here of the classic Douglas Adams' answer the to the life, universe, and everything. Had the original question been ten lines then the answer may not have been 42!

I've seen some that are several paragraphs long, and depending on the subject matter, I skip it. Sometimes it just makes the questioner look a little nutty. Crazy people scare me....lol.

Yes, if it seems interesting at first scan. Meaning it has well used key words that clearly indicate the content

sometimes i scan it, but the question is usually so in depth that you really need to actually know the person and their situation so no i dont bother
