I have not heard about the communism bit, my understanding was all such tales were said to frighten children, so they would not run off and do stupid things like get lost in the woods!
Hans Christen Anderson's original tales are much more lurid and gory than most people think, they have been tamed by adults who think the children can't handle them!! Stupid really. Sorry that none of this answers your question at all!!

Little Red Riding Hood is not about communism. It's way older than communism.
Most folk/ fairy tales have underlying moral meanings. Most have been changed and sanitsed from there original forms. Little Red Riding Hood was originally killed and eaten by the wolf because she disobeyed her parents' instructions about talking to outsiders/ strangers. This was unnaccptable to later audiences, so the tale was changed introducing the heroic woodcutter who frees her from the wolf's stomach and slays the evil. Originally the wolf would represent and evil person, an outsider to a community, an interloper, spy or even paedophile.
Goldilocks was also oriiginally slain by the bears for her sins (burglary, going off into strange places alone, not respecting the property and cultures of others). In fact Roald Dahl's version in "Revolting Rhymes" is far closer to the original.
Snow White is a tale of usurping a throne - although there is no agreement exactly which monarchic dynasties are involved - versions vary greatly.
There are loads more.

Little Red Riding Hood was around before Karl Marx, the founder of the Communist Ideals.
Their main purpose is to show to children that there is good and bad around and that good will win over bad; thus enticing children to be good as much as possible.

I believe fairy tales are made for expanding the imagination of young kids and to grow the good morals inside them
Example in Lion King 1 ... when Wiscar kills The father of Simba to get his kingdom , as in the real story of Adam and eve, when one of their sons Habeel killed his brother Qabeel to marry the more beautiful sister that he was about to marry

Fairy Tales are simply just that. There are lessons behind them, like dont talk to strangers. etc.
Man has taken them and looked into them trying to analyse them and come up with rubbish like communism etc.
There are so many innocent fairy tales that people dont read to their children because they think it has other meanings.

Beauty and the beast is about not judging others from the outside. But, get to know them from the inside. At first, Belle didn't care about the Beast, all she wanted is for her father to be free. But longer Belle lives with the Beast, the more understanding she is about the Beast and that she knew somewhere inside him, there's still good just in-patiently waiting to come out.

Originally designed to frighten children into behaving themselves. A lot seem to come from central European and Germanic folklore - lots seem to involve forests and woodcutters, wolves and giants.
