I would like to sign-up to Vonage (VoIP provider) using my broadband line and cancel my BT line. I am not sure I can do that though, any ideas?

You can - but alot of Broadband ISP do require that you have a BT Line.

In any case, you will still need a line which is capable of delivering a broadband connection.

You'll still need a broadband modem and line, so why get rid of BT? You could switch to cable but you'd have the installation hassle.

Go to Onetel as they can take over your line rental from BT and you can have a complete package from Onetel including broadband. Just get in touch with them at www.onetel.co.uk

I don't think you can, although you could get a datacard & use your mobile phone, although it coudl be costly depending on your surfing habits.
