With so many programs out there that can screen for spam and other such nuisance communications, I would suspect that junk mail is often overlooked by the receiver. However, there must be a good many that continue to read it, or that marketing approach would have dried up.

Yes, I open my junk mail (bulk business mail) only to sort it for recycling and the shredder.
Someone must read it, as businesses are not ready to give this up as an avenue for promotion of their products.

Yes, it amazes me how many times I've won the lottery yet not recieved a penny and all junk mail is after money which I don't have!

If I'm really bored I might, and if they've got free pens I'll take them out before putting them in the recycling box.

I open it, and place the sheets in the shredder one at a time and cackle. Then I go to my broom and ride off into the sunset.

sometimes u can find good ads .
but i can honstly tell u that i didn't open it may be for a year.
just when i'm bored to death .and this is rarely to happen.
