That's not how IQ tests work. First, the full name is "intelligence QUOTIENT" because it's a measure of cognitive abilities RELATIVE to people your age. If you max out in an area, the proper procedure would be to follow up with higher and higher tasks in order to see where one's abilities lie.

So timing is everything. If you're going slow, relative to people your age, that means your cognitive abilities are behind them. For example, the point isn't the completed puzzle, but how LONG it took you to complete it.

There is no limit.. also no limit to an IQ score....

But you can score a perfect on an IQ-test. This would mean they would have to bring out a more difficult IQ-test for you.
