1. Whatever you do you can not deliver more than the product's specified capability.

2. Whatever fast you deliver - customers complain it as delayed service.

3. What ever level of service you provide to customers they want better and their expectation goes higher and higher.

4. Those who wants to satisfy everybody can satisfy nobody.

In few Indian language "cust" means PAIN and "mer" means DIE or KILL. So we say Customer means "mer"(die) with Cust (pain".
Also "to mer (kill) us with cust (pain).

There is no limits to customer service. For example my previous company only stress customer satisfaction initially in order to get the staff to go for the extra mile.

After a year or so, they want customer to be delighted with our service, so we really work like mad to achieve that.

everyone in customer svc industries would love to go extra mile for their customers but however due to rigid procedures in a company will disable them from doing so .
