If all the parties to contract agree to changes mutually, it would be very much valid and enforceable the revised the contract in future.

However, if there is no agreement on revised terms, weigh all pros and cons in business interests and adopt a give and take policy to bring all parties to agreement and have the contract revised.

If nothing works, you will either have to continue with the existing contract or opt out complying the terms/obligations of the contract.

Once a contract is signed, you cannot revise it.
