Actually, i need some generous person to donate. I am not doing very well finacially at the moment despite the fact that i am sharp upstairs.

Contact a charitable institution, raising money for charity is their raison d'etre. If your documentary is going to be about highlighting a human rights issue, then they will probably be keen to help out.

try contacting apple.com/uk marketing department and see what they say if you a re likely to be good and famous they will consider sponsorship...
being linked with a film company often helps!! being 'just a student' doesn't
