My friend told me that she often gets the feeling that somebody is trying to strangle her. This happens when she is in bed either before or after she sleeps. She says she sees a figure sitting on her trying to strangle and holds her arms and legs not allowing her to get up. She could sense what is happening around, when this thing happens. Explain.

she needs medical care.
u must ask her to consult a phsycatrist immediately.
thr r 2 ways bcos of this happens.
1. not having enough sleep for past several months bcos of too much stressed out, over working hours, tension, pressure, etc.,
2. too much horror serials, shows, movies.
so yr friend needs rest and only rest. Rest a phsycatrist can help her.
