I got into debt by trying to fight my brother from his greed! My father past away and left a son who I care but no payments! I trusted my brother and gave him power to deal with legal stuff but unfortunately need to win back rights and need to know where I stand! I have no money and in debt and very suicidal at the moment to no where to go. feel very useless and scared he may take him away!
i have been to solicitors but the want alot of money ....

Two things here. You are feeling suicidal, get in touch with the Samaritans, now, no's on the web or your phone book. You can email them, this whole family scenario is very tough, you need not face it alone, you may need other support such as counselling which you can find out about from your GP. Secondly, the citizens advice bureaux will help you, make and appointment, the advice will be free. Find out where they are in relation to you on the web, or in the phone book. I wish you well.

you can go to free legal aid who will help you with your legal problems for a small fee and as for all your debts you could contact the agency called mabs who will help sort out your finances dont feel so low there is people out there that can help you will find the number for these agencies in your local telephone directory

If you are in the UK and you dont have any money you can get legal aid. Yeh go to citizens advice
