I need to be able to make it in a phone booth.

Put the peanut butter and banana (pre-sliced or cubed) in a ziplock bag together, keep it in your pocket so it mashes together all day. When in the phone booth, bite off a corner of the bag and squirt it into your mouth like frosting from a frosting tube.
Try not to look at it.

2 slices of Bread, peanut butter and 1 banana
spread the peanut butter on the bread slices
cut the banana in half and lay it on the peunut butter side of one of the slices, put the other slice of bread on top, with the peanut butter resting on the banana.
