This is the war bargain. And as this is a war affair, each opponent thinks he has the right to take the chance to earn new solid grounds to be able to negotiate or bargain. The most important thing is how much Israel would pay for just one soldier and how many Palestinian captives she would release in exchange of just one soldier. What attracts my attention most is this massive trade the Arabs offer. So the question would be: How many Palestinians would an Israeli soldier be worth?????

There are no kidnapped Palestinian women and children.

There are women in Israeli jails. Some of them murdered or attempted to murder or were accessory to the murder of Israeli civilians including women and children. Most are unrepentant.

For instance--- and this is just one example --- one is in jail for having lured an Israeli teenager through the internet over a long period of time to a meeting. When he showed up, he was captured by her friends, Palestinian terrorists, who pumped bullets from M-16s into him. So much for his dream of love. She is unrepentant.

The Lebanese government is responsible for Hezbullah which operates in its territory and is represented in its parliarment. If the kidnapped soldiers are not returned, Lebanese public institutions and infrastructure should be attacked until the Lebanese people rein in their Hezbullah terrorists who murdered hundreds of U.S. soldiers for no reason a few years ago, and have attacked civilian targets in several countries around the world (including Argentina).
