Try picking up a copy of "Writer's Markets" at your local book store, or online from the writer's digest book store.
While in the book store, go to the editing/publishing how to book shelves for more ideas.

Try Trafford Publishing. www.trafford.com
I'm writing a book myself and I think I will get it published by them. Read the info on their website. It seems to be a really good idea.
