Yes, I know, I've already aswered when you said "Juventus manager are still begging him to sign", don't remember;-)?
It happens by many means, first I try a translation from your linked page:

... I'm proud to be here, to coach such a team...
... Fans remember me when I was playing (in Juventus). Maybe I wasn't the most entertaining player, but every time I was giving my best effort, till to the end of the match. The team I will be coaching must have the same attitude...

Second, my opinion is Juventus is near to be relegated in 'serie B' after Italian football scandal. Fabio Capello already left the team, going to Real Madrid. ALL champions will leave the team. Some could be give with 'loan' agreement to other clubs, where they could stay next championship, (of course, they've to be other countries clubs, avoiding to enforce Italian teams), waiting for Juventus reaching 'serie A'. . This isn't such an easy task, without great players and surely having negative points (They will start serie B not at zero points, but something as -10 or -15). The only former default line-up player who will stay in the team will be captain Del Piero. Other players are former substitutes, as Chiellini and Balzaretti, or young players coming from under-19 or actually on loan in other clubs (goalkeeper Mirante from Siena, Paro, Palladino...) Actually Real Madrid and Manchester United are looking for agreements with Cannavaro, Zambrotta, Camoranesi...
Rebuilding the team, the best tactic is to choose a well-fitted coach to such a hard task, as Deschamps is. He need willingness and a wise attitude to lead a team in its worst year. DD really show a great will. Two years ago, it seems as he would be new the new Juventus coach, but suddenly Capello had an agreement and signs. This wasn't fair to Deschamps, if he now is coaching it must be his great will to do this.
It's a main point to spot, because next championship will be extremely difficult. Fans are waiting for 'serie A' and Deschamps is going to deal with a great pressure. But he seems the right one.

This happened because Fabio Capello is going to coach Real Madrid. Juventus need a coach and are lucky that they've been able to find one with all the scandal surrounding them at the moment. Just be happy it is someone who has actually played with the team rather than someone who is a "stranger" to the players.

Wow, I didn't know that! I think it proves that French are really good at football, and even the Italians know that...And Juventus is an Italian team, but the players are not all from Italy, so why the coach shoud be Italian?
