I do understand what you are saying that they are influenced, but it is just the media accepting to show for example Katie Price getting boob jobs like it is a walk in the park. The media never, well i have never saw them show it anyway. What happens when a boob job does go wrong, and how much pain they could be in. Now for the answer to your question, i don't think i would get a boob job, although i think they are perfectly fine at the moment seeming as i'm only 16. But all my mums side of the family have massive boobs, so i guess i will be shooting up any day. I'm already DD, i know they will sag when i have children and get older. But i guess it's a kind of mark to say yes i've had kids and this is what happens to everyone after having kids. It's something to be proud of, the stretch markas wellll! Haha. But the only reason i would get a boob job would be the one to make them smaller, if i was suffering from a massive back-ache.

What annoys me is that so many teenagers turn to having a breast job before they have really looking into whether it is the right thing to do for them. Firstly, millions of women may be getting breast jobs every year but it is still surgery and many people die in surgery regardless of the operation being performed, do you really want to risk die for a non necessary operation. Secondly, breast implants will have to be replace after 10 to 15 years due to the fact they actually 'wear out'. So if an 18 year old girl gets implants she is looking to do around 4-6 repeat operations before she is 60. Thirdly, a lot of people don't check the qualification of the people performing the operation beforehand and end up with uneven breasts or implants placed in the wrong locations. There are plastic surgeons that only practice correction operations.

It seems like an awful lot of pain for something that you may not be happy with in the end. I have naturally large breasts and they can be a rather big 'pain'. Physically is it painful, I get back and neck pain quiet often. Also a lot of men feel that a woman with large breast is easy. Since I was 15 years old men of any age have grabbed my breasts in public and said things to me no young girl should ever hear. It is humiliating and upsetting. The men never think that I may have feelings, that I am an intelligent woman, that I may have a boyfriend, that I am a woman just like their sister or mother. They just act, now I am quiet used to it, it does not bother me anymore. But I don't think I should be used to men (who are usually over half a foot taller than me) grab me so hard I wince in pain or say what they would like to do to me.

All I am saying is that girls should not take a boob job so lightly. And at the very least find someone that can do a good job and make them look natural, no one likes 'clown breasts'. I am not jealous of girls with fake boob jobs, I just hate the women that make men think that respects and breast size is something that is inversely proportionate

I think you're totally wrong... there are girls out there who have fake boobs who I don't even think 'she's got fake boobs' like Jordan, or Pamela Anderson, or Suzie from BB. But then there are people who get fake boobs who just shouldn't get fake boobs. People who think that they are good looking because they have big boobs.

And it's not a money thing, not at all. Boob jobs are not expensive and many people get them for their birthdays. I hate fake smiles!

i guess its jealousy to some degree but i think these women that spend all there time trying to tweak there physical appearance just for the satisfaction of men are shallow and weak and they are the types that are waiting for a man to look after them , i think we should be judged on our intelligence more so than our looks . i don't think that will happen soon but men are so superficial when it comes to women , It doesn't help when you use your little head when choosing a partner but lets face it that's where mens brain is located. And the women that get surgery just for the enjoyment of men are delude. Although it a very profitable en devour if you play men at there own game shallow creatures that they are examples Pamela Anderson or Jordon have made a mint through men' s shallow pursuit of the perfect female form . A women with her head screwed on could make a mint from mens blatant and vulgar pursuit of the next titillation.

no, not jealousy. I'm not a young girl anymore, but I can afford any cosmetic surgery that I'd like to have. I choose not to have it. I scuba dive. Breast implants expand at depth. Most people don't know that. They think, if anything they'd contract, but just the opposite happens.
Women who have breast implants have had pouches rupture and serious complications from saline leaks.. this is not small stuff. ... so am I jealous.. absolutely not... actually I feel sorry for the girls who feel they need to go to such lengths to make themselves attractive to men.

Some are jealous but not all. Most girls that get breast implants feel the need to show them to everyone they meet. This makes many girls feel uneasy. A confident female feels that you don't have to alter your body to feel attractive and sends the message "look at by body" instead of being accepted for who they are.

dont tar us al with the same brush! some girls/women pride themselves on being natural, having a career, being independent etc.
in the press, most 'fake' women ie blond hair, boob job, pretty face, etc etc are made out to be gold-diggers, live off someone else's earning, dumb, and vain.
I think the press play a large part in portraing these women incorrecly. I know moen who have had boob jobs, for different reasons, and they are smart, funny and independent.
those who take a dislike to someone for their appearence are ignorant, and think above their station. every person should be judged for who they are on the inside, not for what they have on the outside.

No real person will hate anything fake. They are fake because they are no more fully or worth the camouflage.
No one can stand artificial. I can pity those with necessities but not those who done it to market. I'd never buy problems. They also priced themselves despite all the depreciation.
They are meant for the fake men
