Ok i've toally forgetten what the euro cup is!! Is it like a club championship? or is it played by national teams and where is it going to be this year and when does it start like what month and day. And stuff like dat explain please thanks mate.

the 13th edition of European Championship finals will be staged in AUSTRIA & SWITZERLAND from 07 June 2008 to 29 June 2008. qualifications for the finals will begin on 16 August 2006 with 50 teams from all over Europe will compete to secure 14 places in the finals. The preliminary qualifying group has already been drawn back in January 2006.

each teams will play each other home and away from 16 August 2006 to 21 November 2007. the top two teams from each group will qualify for the finals along with AUSTRIA & SWITZERLAND, who are the joint-host nation.

Each Continent / union has his tournament, Euro cup, Asian Cup, African Cup, South America and others, they make qualifications and the qualified National Teams plays in the Finals like the World cup. then there is the Continental Cup or Unions Cup where the champion in each Continent / union plays in a place where is defined by FIFA (like world cup) and all these National Teams play but it is the least cared one!

ok euro is like the world cup except only the teams in europe can qulitfiy 2 play....um its goin2 be in 2008 some time..in 696 days. its goin 2 be in austria and swizterland. (sorry about the spelling)

It's like worldcup but only with European Countries. Also each four years. In 2004 it was in Portugal and in 2008 it will be in Austria and Switzerland. You can find all about it in http://www.uefa.com/Competitions/euro/index.html :)

is like world Cup but just whit european ... well... this world cup seems to european, just euro teams ( and Brazil!)..
is done after 2 years from the end of world Cup, so every 4 years!!

it's like the world cup but only countries in Europe are allowed to participate...
oh and Israel too (because Arabs are racist who don't want to play against Israel)
and Kazakhstan too, for some reason
and Cyprus and Turkey too (both are Asia)
