I need legal methods of interrogation. I need them for a fight in court with my ex. He abused me for years and has our kids. He got them when I had to list in the US Army to support them. They r being neglected and abused mentally and emotionally, possibly physically, I dont know because I cant see them. I need tactics for questioning in Family Court so that I can get him to tell the truth. He is a habitual liar and good at it.

Interrogation tactics used by the CIA subjected prinsoners to waterboarding, in which a prisoner is strapped to a board and made to believe that he is drowning, scaring a prisoner with a dog, hooding.
Fear up-places a military knife on the table in plain view to make the implicit threat of stabbing the detainee, exploiting individual phobias, mock executions-brandishing a pistol firing it near his head, sleep deprivation, sexual humiliation-male detainees to masturbate while being photographed, religious desecration, stress positions-handcuff hands and ankles together or shackled from the ceiling, isolation-deprivation of light and auditory stimuli.

Sorry, interrogation tactics wont work in a court room. You need a small room to accomplish the psycological advantage the CIA uses during interrogation. People in this country have gotten away with murder in court rooms, so you can't make him tell the truth if he doesn't want to.

I am sorry but if there was a way that was that simple there would never be a need for a jury... They would just extract the truth out of them and be done.

What you need to do is hire a detective to gather proof. Photos of how the kids are clothed. Are they out late at night?
Things like that will show the court what type of father he is.

Force, violence, hate, anger, and all other negative emotions or tactics have never offered good solutions to any human problems. Force, hate, etc begets bigger force, hate, etc. There will never be end to it. However, you can end this circle. Send love to your ex-husband.

Love is a tonic that dissolves walls without the necessity of bombs. It builds bridges where none exists. And it doesn't require the huge bill of an attorney. And it leaves you richer everyday with every expenditure of loving thoughts. Send love waves to your ex-mate and children. They will return more love to you. Love begets more Love. And a new circle begins!

CIA regularly straps their interogatees into an armchair and forces them to watch reruns of Oprah.

GET SOCIAL SERVICES TO GET THE CHILDREN TO SPEAK OF THEIR EXPERIENCES... THEY ARE VERY GOOD AT GETTING ANSWERS IN THESE CASES... THEN THE COURT CASE IS MUCH EASYER TO HANDLE...
