My Neighbour Totoro, Princess Mononoke, Kiki's Delivery Service in that order I think...
Totoro is glorious for it's simplicity, it's sweetness and it's depiction of rural japanese life.
Mononoke is just stunning as a film. I'd choose it over Spirited Away because I find the storyline more engaging.
Kiki again, is just amazingly simple. With the most simple of plots, Miyazaki manages really empathetic characterisation and of course, it is almost as sweet as Totoro.
But there's not much between them and the others... After that I'd go Nausicaa, Spirited Away, Laputa but the order is a little bit arbitrary...
Basically, they're all brilliant. The man is a genius. (If you were to extend to Studio Ghibli I'd stick Isao Takahata's Grave of the Fireflies at No.2, though...)

Ooo...tough question. I've liked them all!
I think Princess Mononoke and The Cat Returns might be my favorites. But I'm really looking forward to "Ged no Senki" (translation: "The War Chronicle of Ged") which is coming out at the end of this month in Japan. It's based on the Earthsea books by Ursula K. LeGuin.
(Spirited Away was good, too ^_~ )

I love all of Miyazaki movies, but the one that really caught my heart when I was a child is "Nagagutsu wo haita Neko", aka The Puss 'n Boots. Others that I really like are Chihiro, Kiki's Delivery Service and The Grave of the Fireflies (this one is a really sad movie about two kids during WWII).
