I can't give you an exact answer because I am not a doctor. The only way to treat your problem is to see your doctor because there are a number of factors that could be causing this. Have your tried different things like different positions, pornos, or lotions? I ask this because some men get more aroused masturbating because they know what feels good. When it's time to have sex their partner does not know what feels good to them. Try telling your partner exactly what you want and try new things. This could be a serious problem so definitely consult a doctor and good luck!
Maybe it is all in your mind because you are too worried about ejaculating and not focusing on the feeling....

I understand your problem and inspite of the actuality that your companions settle for the concern i do not imagine that is pleasant then. As you suggested, it in basic terms is a psychological actuality and now as a vicious circle even. surely, "the mind is the biggest sexual organ" and our advices won't be able to be ineffective. apart from the self-worth -needed!- get a relax having sex purely even as your lust is amazingly extreme. in the course of the act attempt to be the first to finish and with out any rigidity do not recommendations in case you'll orgasm or not. as an argument of actuality, always commence with the perception you also couldn't attain the ejaculation!

This is known as "Compulsive Onanism" It's not altogether that uncommon. Nobody knows for sure how many men are aflicted with it as most men don't want to talk about it. You should see a movie called "Dr. Strangelove" There is a great scene where Gen Jack D. Ripper talks about "denying them (his women) his essence" Its hysterically funny.
