The most popular designer for this type is Diesel. Actually, I bought two styles at Charlotte Russe. They were on sale for $19.99 from about $40-50... It was a great bargain for a very well made garment... They are usually made of various denims... Although I've seen pinstriped or khaki ones on the JLo and Ecko Red websites... but they are way too expensive. I always wait for those to come out on eBay for more "realistic" prices. I love to wear mine with leggings or with a thermal in the cooler months...

I think they have that on eddie bauer, but it is a long skirt. They have had it on-line before. It is cute.
