Tactical mistake by the Coach ~~ Replacing Riquelme (play maker) with Cambiasso (Defensive midfielder) while they were leading (1-0), he should have replaced Sorin who was having a horrid time guarding Odonkor ?? and to make matters worse, he replaced Crespo with Julio Cruz when he should have put in either Messi or Saviola to apply more pressure on the German defense !!! therefore when he made these erratic changes, it gave hope to the German Team and they put more pressure on the Argentinean defense and equalized.

believe me friend, Argentina wasn't ever stronger than this season but with bad luck they had the wrong coach.
they had the best games at the world cup.there preformance was the best in all directions but the bekrman did most stupid changes at the second half of the german match.
Messi will be the next maradona and you will see

they were really a good team but their formation wasn't stable in every game adding to this the weak defense and the young age of the players. Wait for Argentina in the next world cup, they r going to be a superb team.

because the coach was a coward who made a defensive tactical change by taking Riquelme off when Argentina led Germany 1-0.

Pekerman made two mistakes: taking Riquelme out and not putting Messi in.
Also, getting Abbondanzieri injured was a bad blow. Klose sucks.

They didn't get to the final because after scoring against Germany "they felt asleep" and Germany was awake, so Germany scored too and won in penalty.
