Mr. Blatter was missing in the last two final games of the Worldcup even during the Medal-Presentation. Is this a sign?

I know everyone is thinking about Zidane`s headbutt and wether Italy diserves the cup, but on the side allot of other things happened too..

Fifa is like the FA, it needs to have a big shake up. They are all crooks including Sepp Blatter that have taken massive finacial bungs/bribes from day dot.

I believe Franz, Pele, Charlton, Platini, Eusebio, etc and the other greats that are still involved with todays football within their own nations should be in charge.

It is too powerful a position to be lead by one man.....

FIFA needs stability and to start giveing something back to football across the world!! It sells teh World Cup rights for over 500 million pounds every 4 years, yet i don't see that money being fed back to football!!

I think the high profile job would suit his personality... and he did a fantastic job organ zing the World Cup...

But I thought he said during the World Cup he couldn't take the job because the FIFA president must be able to speak several languages and he only speaks German and a little bit of English (he joked how bad his English was.... )

Why not Franz? He did a very good job as organising Chairman of FIFA WC 2006.

I also like to see Platini playing a bigger role in FIFA.

Yes please, Blatter is corrupt and a thief and gives money to people to vote for him. The money of football is divided amongst Blatters friends.

We need honest people, Franz is the man!
