If you can afford cosmetic surgery, you can have collagen injected into your johnson to make it fatter... but why would you want to? Are you going to become a porn star, or something like that?

The only effective way is through a plastic surgeon. The cost these days is about 10,000 dollars. The results are typically an increase in girth of 1 inch. This is not a penile implant with a pump. The best doctors I know of are located in Beverly Hills. Don't fall victim to over the counter scams. Personally, I prefer length. Good luck and you are in my thoughts.

I have read this technique from the book of Kama Sutra to increase penile girth. This is far from medical point of view but if you want to, then here it is. Use a glove to rub ground chili powder in your penis glan and although it will be very hot on your member, just bear the itch or the sting from it. It will swell and increase your girth. Good luck!
