hysterectomy refers to the surgical removal of the uterus. This can be done on its own or together with the removal of the ovaries (oophorectomy).
If the ovaries are not removed, she can still produce normal amounts of estrogen and progesterone.
Even if the ovaries are removed, a small amount of estrogen can still be produced by other tissues.

It depends , did she have a partial or complete hysterectomy? If she had a partial then yes she can secrete those hormones, but if she had a complete hysterectomy ,then she can't because all of her reproductive organs have been removed.

Only if she has ovaries. This is why many hysterectomy patients have hormone replacement therapy / medicine to replace hormones.

one hundred% maximum proper. i had a finished hysterectomy finished in 1996 and that i'm 41years previous. i heard human beings saying that my vagina is going to be huge and all sorts of memories like that my better 1/2 does no longer be able to experience that i'm female. to my astonishment my guy stuck by me and sex hasn't ever been so solid.
