yeah there is nothing named boost in pc...
probably boot?

There is nothing as boost probably you have put the 's' by mistake it is boot, this means which storage device should load first this is usually drive c since windows is in there but if you want to reinstall windows you will have to make the cd rom the first boot device so that the cd installation loads instead of the windows in your hard drive.

I think it is boot menu not "bost" mean.
boot menu is the menu which gives you option to boot from diffrent OSs that you installed on the single sys.

It could mean overclocking.
