The quality of life in India aint good.

But what makes India like no other country, is the culture and most definitely the people of India.

English speaking people and the country on the move. Amid their late independence from Britishers they have come up very fast. A wide population is educated, courteous, ready to learn. And no doubt their food. I did not find so many variety of food anywhere else...they have a rich culture and a 5000 + years of history... you feel, you can go much closer to the ancient times with monuments , temples, and caves...it's very spiritual and teach how life can be so good and calm without so many materialistic things .... it's so cool and touching to travel in the interior... it's OOK..!! one of a kind...!

The icredible Himalayas,the amazing ganges..The extreemly interesting different cultures..and aspecially the people from the north-east..the incredible facct that you can actually arrive in India with no money and study for free in bhuddist monastries,Yogaschools,you can stay in beautifull ashrams...in a tent at 5000 meters ..You can talk to thruly engligtend people!
The incredible amount of animals from holy rats to to holy cows..and so many monkeys and beautifull birds.
The way the indian cow The incredible tribes,The andaman Islands..but most of all the absolutly amazin treks in the indian himalaya(especially from almora and darjeeling..the colours thez smells..India is not a country ..its 50 countries with different people ,cultures and religions..Oh and most people speak excellent english.;I have been 5x 6 months,and 1 x fopr 1 year(between 1995 and 2006)Incredible india indeed..I love it ..but be carefull It really is life at full power..so you also might see horrific things..and you always have to be very carefull!

Culture , nature, people, history, beliefs, tradition, Gandhi,

I do not like misery in which lives gross of poor population, poor management of the state that produces more poor people, culture that do not educate woman about their rights, hidden cast system,
child work, to many bureaucracy, hindu and muslim nationalist,
not enough education,again mismenagement of population.
