You need to know the sexual health and condition of your partner. If you want to have sex without a condom then you and your partner need to be tested for aids and other sexually transmitted diseases. If you both test clean then you can have sex with your partner but you must remain only with that partner. If you change partners or have a quickie with someone else you will need to be tested again.
