Of course they exist. This would be a horrible world without them. Can you imagine a place where there are no unicorns hiding behind a tree in the forest watching you? Or a place where Leprechauns don't hide their pot of gold at the end of the rainbow? They exist.
The problem is that when we grow up we think we should leave them behind. Because we've never seen them, we no longer believe that they are real. Too bad. It makes life so much sweeter to know that if you just look close enough you will see a faery helping the flowers grow. Can you imagine not believing in something just because you can't see it? I can't see the air either, but I know it's real.
How sad I am for the children who's parents decide that letting them use their imaginations is the same as lying to them. How can they be sure that what the child sees is not a truth that they have become too jaded to see anymore?
The fae are real. Unicorns are hiding behind that tree over there and a leprechaun hid his gold at the end of my rainbow! I am so glad that you still believe. Keep that part of you safe and let no one convince you that you are wrong.

I use to 'believe" when I was a kid, but not anymore.
I use to think all my toys would come alive and play when I was asleep. Sometimes I would swear I'd see them move.... if I pretended to be asleep and just cracked my eyes open a little bit! I also thought that fairies and little, teeny tiny people lived in the woods.... in tree trunks or in holes in a creek bank. I spent a lot of time alone as a kid, so my imagination was pretty detailed .... and welcomed.
However, all that wonderful imagination disappeared once I became an adult. But I'm glad you asked the question because it brought back wonderful memories from my childhood... and made me smile!

I absolutely believe in such things... Even though I have never seen them for myself.
*Sidenote: I notice there are many christians that do not believe... People who believe in God and Satan but not in these other things... Ever read Job? The ORIGINAL text translations? Where Leviathan is described? Many translations call him a Croc, but I don't know of many Crocs that breathe fire... And that was God talking to Job, not the other way around... If there is the possibility that there were actual Dragons, then why not Faries and the like?

Yes there are people that believe, I guess that's a given. It seems for every imagination conceived there is someone to believe it. And lots of people know other people that swear to it, but that is all circumstantial testimony. I would welcome any personal experience or solid documented evidence to any of it, and have researched these kind of things; but again, and again, it always comes out just another "fairytail". We all know there is no such thing as magic, only-as yet- unexplainable science. All the rest is just mist of imagination and hope.

I don't *really* believe, but I do like to wonder and dream. Plus, I have a tattoo of a fairy on my right arm and a dragon on the back of my neck. I also have some Egyptian mythological creatures on my lower back.

Hi there. I'm going to be straight forward so please do not take any offense:
I thought I believed in it. But now that I am an adult, I know fairies and magical beings are fictional. I will not teach my child about such nonesense. For example, I'm not going to tell him that Santa exists because he doesn't. I was lied to growing up. I'm not going to do that to my son.
God and Satan exist.
Angels (good or bad) exist.

I've read a few Sylvia books and its pretty convincing... I'm still unsure. But I do think my little brother saw a fairy.
I definetely believe in Angels though as my whole family has seen them numerous times.
