there arent enough shortcuts built in to let you do EVERYTHING. but maybe something like stardock's Keyboard Launchpad can help - it lets you make hotkey shortcuts for pretty much anything

yes you can do that.
just you need to know the shortcut keys for every function.
example:
pressing F5 will refresh the desktop, when you opened the IE then it will refresh the web page.
pressing Alt+Tab will switch b/w the opened windows.
pressing the Widows key+Tab will switch b/w the windows in the task bar.
you must know all these shortcut keys to operate your sys with out the mouse.
I suggest you to use mouse it will save the time.

differnet programs have different shortcuts. but the easiest one is using the alt button plus the underlined letter within each menu. it just takes some playing around with the program. explore the menus and leanr the commands you use and what letter is the hotkey

I don't know all of them, but I can tell you quite a few.
Alt+Tab - change window
Alt+F4 - close window
Ctrl+C - Copy
Ctrl+X - Cut
Ctrl+V - Paste
Ctrl+Z - Undo
Ctrl+Y - Redo
Tab - scroll through options within internet windows (does other things in other programs though)
I hope this helps.

You're only making your life a lot harder. The mouse was invented to make computers people-friendly. But hey, if you want to memorize all those codes and shortcuts...be my guess. Knock yourself out.

Click on the help box to get all the commands. For example, tab will move you from box to box and Alt-Tab will move you back and forth between open programs. Too many to list here.
