I will say we can read people's mind to a great extent, but not of any person or strangers, but yes, if you know fully well a person and have seen him/her reacting to any circumstances, then you can read his/her mind whenever in future you confront him/her. You can even tell what is going on in their mind if you ask any question and they have to answer it but then you have judged that person in past quite well according to your intelligent apprehension, then only can you read their mind. I have experienced it myself, even though far away, I was right to read one friend of mine's mind what she was thinking, and when I asked her, she said I was exactly right about her.

we can't read at first sight.it takes time.face is the index of mind.so their behaviour shows their real character.
