How do I find out how if i check and there is no keylogger and what not. How some one got my e-mails i sent and sent them to others. Also how some one has been spying on me online and has been find out who and what i have talked about with friends and how can i stop this.

It is hard to find out
Maybe installing firewall or anti spyware can help
but if you want to be 100% sure you are safe, don't use windows
Use Linux or Mac

Any kind of anti spy ware means you have to upgrade it more often. Try to do it manually.
Go to start button click run button and type msconfig and then click startup. You can see lots of unwanted programmed is there what you don't want, sometimes virus pin there and that virus starts when you turn on your pc. So click on 'Disable All' and restart your pc, you will notice your pc starts faster than before. After restart you will see a box and click don't show me this.
This is not guaranteed that you are free from key logger or virus, but its work fine most of the time!

That is hard to do but if some one is spying on you I would think why are they spying on me and if you can figure that out maybe you can figure out who it is and confront them
