i'm 16 myself...i think you just need to know someone in the gaming industry and ask them if any game studios are looking for beta testers or you can join the sony website forums and you could be choosen to be a beta tester for a video game... it happened like 4 times but i just never replied to there e-mails

Beta versions of games are generally available for downloading. You download it, you play it, you report bugs.
Most of the testing takes place in house, before the beta release. This is where people do the same move 100 times, then do the next move 100 times, and so forth, untill their fingers drop off. At the end of the day, maybe they play a level to unwind.

email devs and see if you cant get in. if you know someone in the industry you will get in quicker. make sure you keep up with the latest game releases and email the devs until you get the spot
