No, of course not. The only physiological change effected by losing one's virginity is the breaking of the hymen (in the female)--and this can happen for a lot of reasons OTHER than intercourse, as well: sports, tampon use, et al. That is to say, some virgins will lack a hymen and pretty much all non-virgins will lack a hymen--there's no reliable way to tell whether a woman is a virgin or not. While the breaking of the hymen might cause brief discomfort, it is not going to change a woman's lifelong mannerisms, such as the way she walks.
Your best bet for finding out whether a woman is a virgin or not is simply to ask her. Needless to say this sort of intimate question would only be appropriate in a dating relationship, and not the sort of thing you'd ask any woman you meet on the street.
Lastly... remember to only have safe sex. If she has an STD, you can bet she's not a virgin.

Walking is a way of moving to get from one point to the other; it is done according to the bone structure we inherited and there is no walk to define a virgin. Health isses, bone structures, self confidence, and many other things can alter the way a girl walks. So don't listen to your peers about being to tell if a girl is a virgin or not; if they can tell, they must be "psychic." Make your own decisions and use common sense. Peers will absolutely tell you anything and they have no facts to back it up with.

From what i've learned from many many elders, you can determine whether a girl is still a virgin or not by looking at:
The way the stand.
- If both the legs are places like this - || which is parallel, yes, she is a virgin.
- If both legs when standing is placed like this - \ / which is the toes facing out from each other, well, she's being popped before.
The way she walk
-Look at the butt. If it's like dropping down, looks flat, she's done. If it's firm and looks like there's spring in the butt, she's certified fresh.
-Look at the legs positioned. Back to the "||" and "\ /" concept.

Yeah, you know, right after we lose our virginity we're taught how to do the 'cool' walk, it involves spreading your legs a little more.. a little uncomfortable but you get used to it.
