wayne is always rapping about him being the best rapper alive and from what i've heard hes one of the best, but i no there are other rappers out there who might be as good as him

No, he is not. The best rapper alive is between Nas and Jay-Z. I am partial to Nas as a rapper than to Jay-Z, because he raps a message like the OSCs (Old School Cats). I respect Jay-Z as an entrepreneur, and a force to be noticed, but I believe that Nas is the best rapper alive. The best Rappers, as a whole group that are alive are Outkast, hands down.

I'd have to say NO. I'm sure there are better rappers still alive. Like Jay-Z for example. Nas is good too.
