If I were a scientist and found this out I'd be in an armored boat with quad .50 cals gunning down seamonsters like no tomorrow, I don't want those things in my water!

The one has nothing to do with the other. Only because they taught you dinosaurs are extinct does not mean they are and others not.

Did you know dinosaurs are around us today? We call them birds.

Killing stuff we don't understand has always been the way of stupid men. We also never caught a mature giant squid. We know it is there and can sink half the boats on the water (one at a time, but still). It has better things to do.

That's probably why your saurus is not caught yet... why again you want it dead????
