If you are not using any or very little eye makeup, then go for the lipstick color that accentuates your lips.
It you are accentuating the eyes (mascara, lashes, eyeliners, smokey look - the whole thing), go light or natural (nude) with the lips.
In either cases, do not forget the gloss.
One thing you should avoid, this is to match the lipstick color with your outfit and/or your nail polish. This is totally outdated (it was the fashion in the 80s).

Wear whatever color you want to wear and you feel will look best on you. There are so many textures and colors of lipstick it is hard to decide. But have fun with your outfit and if you want to match the lipstick to it, go for it. If not, don't. I don't believe in conforming to fashions rules and allowing the "fashion police," to tell me what I can wear! BE YOURSELF~

If ur wearing a bright coloured outfit, leep the lips nude just dab on clear gloss, or a gloss that matches ur skin tone or a baby pinkgloss.If ur wearing a dark coloured outfit, u can wear any light coloured lipstick.For n extra pout , dab a little bit of clear gloss, right in the centre of ur lips.

Try out different colours.
It all depends on your skin
Pale skin i would advise a light brown, Light Pink All light colours
Darker skin darker colours But brown looks good

well it depends if you're going to wear a bright outfit then you should wear a brigh lipstick but if you're wearing a mellow outfit then wear a light lipstick or just wear what ever gos with you're skin tone

I personally like to play up my eyes (eyeliner, mascara, maybe a colorful eyeshadow), so then I would do something on my lips that matches my normal lipcolor, but maybe a bit more sparkly.

choose da color according to ur outfit n skin tone. go for safer options n dont use dramatic colors unless ur sure dat dey suit u.
