Those peopel r behind any such kind of incident who r the enemy of peace. It may possible that it's done by some terririst group or some political parties or leaders for gaining self interest.

The crazy guys who think they know everything in this world and don't know/understand how sorrowful, harming their action is to a lot of wonderful, normal families who have lost their dear ones and their live's have changed to the worse probably.
