Usually every Sunday, but sometimes sooner, maybe couple days late once in while...
Once on Oprah they talked about these teeny tiny 'bed bugs' that feed off your dead skin left on sheets...just creeped me out. If I had the time & energy I'd wash them at least every 2-3 days. I Love sleepng on freshly washed sheets, smells (& feels) soooooooo good!
By the way I think Oprah said she (the housekeeper?) changed her bedding every 3 days!?!

Every other day! I like nice crisp, clean sheets to snuggle down into! When you sleep, your body deposits: oils, wax, loose hairs, salts, skin flakes, perspiration, saliva, and a whole host of DNA materials! Yuk! Now you know why I like clean sheets! And it's worse if you sleep with another person! YUK! YUK!!

I sometimes change my sheets everyday. But usually every other day. It just feels disgusting if I lay in them more than 2 times.

Once a week. If I can't wash it, I at least change the sheets.
