I am skinny on the outside but fat on ther inside. I eat what i want when i want, non stop, and i cant gain weight. how do i gain weight. i olny weigh 130lbs. my meds cauise me to have a high matablism, i cant say what i am on because ill get reported. lol.

I have had people think i am anorexic, and i am not, i showed them i wasent by the way i spend about $5 on snacks a day.

to eat junk food all day is not a healthy option, but you need to eat more carbohydrates, such as pasta, rice, and you can bulk that up with lots of vegetables....things like avocado's, red meat, potatoes, and regarding fruit, you can eat bananas but not too many...you can also get supplements to take but get advice from your doctor first just to make sure there OK for you to take. there is a nutrition drink called nurishment, and the name says it all really it's packed full of nutrients, this can be mixed with a non alcoholic drink called super malt, drink this regular your sure to put weight on, and make sure you still get some exercise its important for your body....so many people want to loose weight...your kinda lucky that you can eat what you want and not pile the weight on, remember to stay healthy in any event.

i'm with you. i'm skinny too and everybody always told me to wait until i was in my 20's cause i would start gaining. never happened. i eat crap all the time, never look at calories or fat. i really don't even know how to read a nutritional label. i just know that i don't buy anything that says fat-free. it's bad for you...
i would suggest lifting weights and a high protein diet. you can buy, (or make your own), weight-gainers. shakes, etc. there's a lot of info online about how to gain weight the healthy way, as opposed to just eating junk food. i mean, if you're serious about it, you can do it. it's probably just as hard as an overweight person trying to lose weight. i'm sure people hate us skinny people, but it really is hard to gain! for us, at least.

Try drinking Ensure, it's a weight gaining drink! There's also weight stabilizers. That's funny about your meds and how you can't say.....lol. Otherwise, go to your doctor and tell him/her about the problem. I eat all the time, non stop bottomless pit, but I'm still super skinny!
about the oatmeal: wait for it to dry and then scrape it off or turn the keyboard over and shake it out!! lol

Calorie intake must exceed calories burned. Before you eat something rub it on a piece of paper. If the paper becomes transparent that is your window to weight gain!

Lift weights, eat at least 1.5 grams of protein per lb. weight daily, don't do cardiovascular exercises until the scale shows weight gain.
Then get on a real fitness prgram

i have same problem ahah. well not caused by any meds. so you kinda lucky cuz ur skinny cuz of your meds.
umm id ono let me know when you find out.
o and best way to clean keyboard is to take the keys off your keybaord and put them in cups of water. then clean the keybaord when all the buttons are out. then dry them and stick them backk in.
i just did this couple days ago. it felt brand new.

yes try drinking beer...no seriously
me too had a problem gaining weight until i had been drinking (but not beer!!! its our kind of mix actually which taste like red wine)with my friends and suddenly i've been gaining weight...and now again getting skinny coz i haven't for months...
so i guess try that...get along with your friends do some social drinking maybe 3X a week then see for urself...

most of the advice on here already is pretty good. the only other thing i will add is that you should roll a fatty and smoke one at least every night.
the munchies can really pack on the pounds!
