how do we catch the guys who did the blasts yesterday and also ensure that such things dont happen again

the best way to fight terrorist is to go on with your daily lives. Terrorists try to cause confusion and want you to question your way of live and government. They don't really care if you side with them on an issue just as long as you disagree with those handling them. Now I am not saying our government has handled everything correctly or incorrectly. From the courses i have taken while in the military I have spent a long time studying the subject. They want you to help them weaken your state or country because the weaker you are the stronger they are. So the best thing to do is within your own personal guidelines support your troops if they are in harms way. Support your government as long as what they are doing is something you agree with. Don't let them sway you into believing that you are the bad guy. You need to show them that YOU are strong and that they don't matter. Now for physical defense.. that is a different story

Well, its good that you said "How should we fight terrorism?" instead of "How should we fight terrorists?". Because we cant fight terorists and there is no use fighting terrorists because they are our own people who are misguided/brainwashed by foreigners.... We can fight terorism by spreading awareness among people... Spread literacy... literate people are less likely to fall prey to anti-national elements and become terrorists... Poverty is a reason why people are lured into becoming a terrorist...And religion is also used as a weapon.......... So "Awareness", through various media such as TV, Press, Internet, Radio etc is our main weapon to fight terrorism.... People should know that terrorists will not help their cause but only ue them as a means to justify their own ends.... Our people are just used as pawns in a bigger game!!! Once they realise this, they will not fall into the trap of foreign militants and turn against their own people...And if our own people no longer turn into terrorists, then there would be an automatic downfall in the terrorist activities because majority of the terrorist percentage comprises of Indian Nationals....... So, to conclude, i would say that if people are aware and remain vigilant at all times and have faith in their government(This is the hardest part), terrorism can be really defeated.

Air marshalls. I honestly see that as the only nessicary solution. All this other stuff just costs too much for too little effect.
Allthough not (foriegn terror) related, alcahol creats terror to the thousands it kills every year (about 75,000) i think. Fighting that would save more lives, and be cheaper.

The best way to fight terrorism is to fight its causes: ignorance and fundementalism. Education, strong central governments that give their citizens basic freedoms, and viable ecomomies with a strong middle class are the best tools.

Give an offer to terrorists that, if they are willing to give up terrorism they will be offered free sex all day with the best models in india!!! That might help!!!

violence is not the answer. I prefer to take the Mahatma Gandhi approach. Just boycott buying their oil and the terrorists will go broke. Problem solved!
