yeah seems logical, but its a big assumption that all human actions (or anything) have an absolute cause... is it only through habit that we identify action with a certain cause, or is it reality?

I would argue that six of those causes can all be attributed to one of them, nature. It governs over everything, including what our bodies and minds do. At least, that's how I see it. I choose to recognize the influence my environment has on me as being the root cause of my actions. The other six are secondary effects of initial cause.
