It depends - even oily skin can be prone to wrinkling given certain factors such as genetics and personal habits. However, due to the limitation of most skin typing systems, it has become generally assumed that people with dry skin are more prone to wrinkling.

Genetics on both sides of the family should be considered - at what age did your parents and grandparents show signs of aging? are they wrinkled or tight? Your age and personal habits such smoking and frequent sun exposure are also indicators of your susceptibility to be wrinkled.

Usually dry skin shows age faster since there is less moisture which helps with elasticity, so if you really think about it normal skin probably has a slightly better chance of showing age if not proper care is given.

I am oily in my T-zone, but really dry by my eyes and cheeks so I just use a good moisturizer there and only the other areas when needed.

Dry skin definately wrinkles faster than the other skin types. It is usually dehydrated therefore causes wrinkles. If skin is well moisturize the skin will stay supple and retards ageing process.

You may not believe it, but oily skin actually has some advantages. As a result of excess lubrication, wrinkles do not form prematurely and skin is not much affected by wind and sunlight.
