All these people are dumb....If you don't know then don't say anything at all. In Kansas it is......it is crap. Commercial drivers are governed by federal guidelines not state guidelines. So it is the same rules everywhere in the country. It is 18 to get a Class A permit or license..yes license as well. You must be 21 to leave state lines or haul hazmat. How Bout it...?
