earth will not SHRINK
and if u consider space-time then it would be 4 dimensional not 3 dimensional and Y RU DRAWING A GRAPH???(wat is the reason)

The answer to your question is "NO"...the Earth does not shrink. In fact, since the Earth is forever and constantly being bombarded with intergalactic "dust" by the millions of pounds each hour that we live...(which is something that we of course can't see because of itt' minute size), the Earth is actually slowly "growing" or expanding in size rather than shrinking. How do you suppose the ancient sites which Anthropologists "dig" for all the time? It is because that over a few thousand years, the "dust" which is collected from intergalactic space slowly "covers" these ancient sites. This is a very long process indeed...and not to be confused with cities like Bombay which was covered from an active volcano. But "NO", the Earth is not shrinking by any means imaginable.

The earth mass has been growing due to incoming material like meteorite impacts, asteroid impacts, comet impacts, and even planetary impacts (the one that formed our moon). BTW, Sedimentation and stratification of the earth's lithosphere is generally due to recycling of material and not newly arrived material.

As the Sun gets hotter and enlarges to a red giant in a few billion years the earth's oceans will boil off, and maybe part of the lithosphere too. That's when the earth's mass starts to shrink. I don't think it's clear if a scorched planet will remain after the sun expands or if the earth will be propelled to a farther orbit to collide with something or if it will fall into the sun.

I hope this answers your question.

I believe the earth expands because the land parts tend to keep on seperating and form new lands. if the earth keeps on shrinking, the lands would compress eachother, forming a larger land.

Yes and NO.
Earth is releasng pressure everyday , month and year. If it didn;t it would explode. The shift in land causes Tsunami and such. Pushing in and out......hm, sounds pretty good...any how, that is what I think.

It doesn't expand or shrink. (Actually I don't really get what you mean)!

space time is 4D. It is unbounded. 4D expansion/contraction? good question. How would it be testable?
