The only effective way to do this is to lop off some of your limbs.
Otherwise, diet and exercise are your only options.
Oh, and there's surgery--liposuction. You can also get your stomach stapled, but that is a form of dieting.
The plain fact of it is that if you don't do expensive surgery, you're gonna have to work at losing weight. I wish I had better news for you, but there isn't any.

I am a 34 year old female (just using my fiance's computer), just so you know - I am not a guy. Anyways, I weighed 202 lbs. 3 years ago and I have lost 65 of that. I tried a LOT of different things and have found these to be the most effective: Find out what your ideal calorie intake is for your age/size. Eat smaller portions roughly every 3 hours. Exercise a 3-6x a week doing at least 20-30 minutes cardio plus strength training 3x a week (as a 13 year old you would need guidance with this though as your body is still changing). Stop eating 3 hours before bedtime (this is the #1 thing that works for me) and drink 8 glasses of water a day. Another important thing is - find out why you are overeating. A lot of people eat for reasons other than hunger. This will help you keep the weight off once you lose it. It honestly is a lot of hard work. You do have to be patient, but if you follow these tips and eat well and exercise consistently you will be sure to lose weight.

Eat only protein and avoid carbs such as fruits, veggies and bread. You will 'lose weight'. The problem is, the weight you will lose will be muscle and water, and you will become very ill, and when you go back to eating normally, you will gain the fat back and put on even more at an alarming rate.
Or, you can cut out the following five things from your diet, drink lots of water during the day, and eat many times during the day (at least every two to three hours), and you will lose fat, and you will lose it fast. The five items to eliminate from your diet are:
1) Dairy
2) Wheat
3) Sugar
4) ANYTHING with chemicals in it
5) Meat, especially pork and shellfish (exception - you can eat clean fish such as salmon and cod).
Your body cannot store fat and burn it at the same time. Cutting these things from your diet changes your body chemestry to burn fat instead of storing it. You will be burning fat in your sleep. You will lose fat very fast. This works without doing any excersice (not that I advise ignoring exercise).
SUCCESS!

Eat only salads all day long with a little canned chicken. You'll lose weight, but will be hungry due to the low calories. It works, but the best way is to exercise and eat good.

I'm sorry to burst on your bubble... but you NEED regular excercise for at least a good 30 minutes a day (come on... don't be so lazy!) to lose weight and keep your overall health in top shape.

I've lost 5 kilos in my first week. It's my 10th day and I have included salad with some protein (eg. egg/ lean chicken) as you suggested. After 4 years of trying, the fat is finally coming off. It truly feels like magic!
Get started today!
