Well, Life is all about making choices. It's our choice we make at different situations that decide where we go. You made a choice to join call-center(for whatever reasons) and that's why you are there. If you don't like the job then before you leave it, you need to find your calling in life, what you like to do? Just changing a job to get out of this mess, you will end up in another(which might be even more messier...who knows?)
So find out what you like to do and what skills you would need to get a break there? Acquire those skills and move on buddy!
I know it's easier said than done bit no gain without pain!!
With that said, no job is small or menial, there must be some upside of the present job you like, that's why you are here...right? Like good package, cool chicks, nightlife, thrill of solving some problems, etc. It can't be that bad, so just hang on and keep alive!!

May be because you wanted to make a quick buck and you were attracted by the work ambience... the nice accent you learn from there.... etc.
When will you get out: The moment you decide to go ahead in life and loose your cowardice.
