Hy I'm from Croatia and a read ed in newspapers that Italians had pland this.
One thing is interesting.
they first made Henry angry and then Henry was so tired that wanted to go out of play.
then materazzi provoked zidane and zidane hit him and get red card.
interesting isn´t it ???

Zidane should be ashamed. No matter what was said what he did was wrong. Hope he gets some sort of fine out of the deal too. The Better team won. The PK awarded early to france was a horrific blown call. A complete dive. The Frenchman should have been awarded a Yellow for the Dive. Italy was also robbed of a goal in the 2nd half. IMHO Italy shoulda clean sheet routed France 2-0.

I also think that it is a plan. Zizou's skills are too good for them.
Heard that the penalty shot against Germany in their previous game is also planned. They know that Germans will get fustrated when Italy change strategy halfway through extra time.
sigh.. evolution of soccer.. from physical skills challenge, to a game of mental plot.

Nothing of that mature was ever said. Zidane is keeping quiet because he knows it too. He lost his head, he is guilty, he was wrong and that is that. And even the bull **** PK that was awarded and Zidane converted after Malouda's PLANNED dive did not give them the trophy.

italy deserved the cup bcoz they played well
but i sure do believe that matterazzi did say something very hurtful and vulgar...
but zidane should have known better than to react to such a "wonderful player".. :P

Definately not Zidane! Isn't reports are saying Metterazzi called him "Son of a terrorrist whore" though Metterazzi is denying it saying he is ignorant where terrorism is concerned.

I really don't know. For one thing, Materazzi, at the age of 33, said that he didn't even know what the word 'terrorist' meant so he IS too dumb to use his head unless this idea was fed by his team mates.

i have to say that the Italian soccer player did very bullish this , that it will never forgettable in the history of the football , he abuse someone who never be a bad man , OK his sin is that he is a Muslim and he is a very popular man , so anyways the Italian player should be brought to the international court , and i hope that it will happen .
