You have to upgrade to the non-free version of yahoo mail. Than you can use pop or imap to move your yahoo mail into outlook.

Only if you're willing to pay Yahoo for an upgraded acct. This service is reserved for paid email clients. Not worth paying for, in my opinion. I emailed them about this a few months ago, and that was the answer I got from them.
