hi,rebel i problally not he right, persons, to help u, but here goes, personally, i no heath, nut !its easiler, to put more waight on then off, they said u have to do sit, ups or crunches, r,u, young, ? u cant go to hard and toofast u could, really hurt, your self, personally, i would, try,this cut, down on your intake of food, 4 instantslikeeat, what u like but justeat half it dependson your metabablous opps spell, wrong, get, a freind thats a motavater, not, naging.bending picking up things and walking, or if u have the cash,get acouch, or try, adiet, pill, to depress, your, hunger, i really, dont, recomdem, goinghat away, but, u can do it i belive u will exceed r.buttons

From my expierence it took me two weeks to see results, but I excersized twice a day ate healthier, didn't drink any soda or beer. my excersizes consisted of sit ups and crunches. Some people say you can work your belly by tightening it up and releasing several times a day. While your sitting at work or while your walking down the grocery ailse. But that I never have tried

just do everything you can to lose or burn calories.. i just think of work to do and keep your mind on the idea that you are doing this to make you look and feel better...and you will be surprised how much you can find to do and make your house look better and you will lose weight.. i also clean apartments here where i live and also do some for my friends for free... go for walks in the mall.. i really have a bad back but i still manage to do things like this....you will lose weight all over... and be sure to eat small meals and if you want to snack eat things like celery stalks or carrots...

I want to know as well, sit ups kill the back.
Eat more protien, less sugar and tons of water to flush out food from the belly.
Cardio does wonders.
